MY EXAM TESTIMONIES
ACTS 12:23- Instantly, and angel of the Lord struck Herod with a sickness, because he accepted the people’s worship instead of giving the glory to God. So he was consumed with worms and died
Sometimes when i’m going through a hard time, especially now during exams, I tend to forget just how much the Lord has done for me, and sometimes it feels like the way i sometimes describe the event after it has happened it’s like it was my doing AND IT WAS NOT! So, i don’t want to be consumed by worms so here i am. Lol, no but seriously, i want to give proper glory to God and share the miracles He’s allowed to happen in my life and to give encouragement to anyone that may need to hear this testimony of a miracle that was performed in my life.
CARDIO & RENAL
It was back in basic sciences (first and second year of med school). It was in the beginning of second year of med school. We had a cardio and renal block with not just drugs but medical conditions and all. I was going through a rough time in my personal life, so my books were a bit shaky and that resulted in alot of the info from that block to not be solid in my head and easily mixed up with other things. So before i had the exam, I called my mum to already apologize for not studying enough for the exam and for practically wasting her money. I pleaded and cried to God to please help me pass.
During the exam, i kid you not, i had ABSOLUTELY no idea what i was writing, but i just kept going for the 3–4 hours (the duration of the exam). After the exam, i felt severely nauseous because of the fact i just felt whole-heartedly that everything i wrote was rubbish. So i packed my bags and went to my friends house and cried through out the night. The next day my eyes were swollen shut and i had a fever from all the crying of the previous day. I was still pleading with God through all this, to please get me through, and that i will try much harder for my next exam.
A few days go by, and the results came out. I was so sad when i saw other students just texting on the whatsapp group about how the scores were out. So i went to my room, so i could cry in peace if needed, pleaded with God again, and opened the results.
I PASSED! I not only passed but i passed with 3–5% (i don’t fully remember) above the passing grade. I screamed! i fell on my knees and thanked the ONLY person that could have made that happen (GOD of course), I called my mum to tell her the goods news, called my siblings to tell them what God had done for me, and over 2 years later i’m here telling you what the Lord has done for me.
I just needed to write this because along the way in these 2 years of constant score disappointments I recently started doubting in God’s ability in everything and in my ability in anything, but He was gracious enough to remind me of times where He showed up for me in the deserts in my life like He did for Hagar. Genesis 21:8–21
PRAYER: Thank You God for all the streams you’ve made in the deserts present in our lives. I pray You continue to remember and provide more streams in the deserts and ways where there seems to be no way in our lives in Jesus’ name Amen

At this very moment, I accept, confess, and proclaim Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior…to live in my heart from this day forward. Thank you Jesus for Your grace that has saved me from my sins and has given me eternal life. Please send Your Holy Spirit to guide me, and to help me do Your will for the rest of my life, in Jesus’ name Amen.
